Would you have any screen shots? I would guess that my Paul Allen was on the Abercrombie as the other poster mentioned and i think it makes sense age wise. He was born about 1791. That would mean he did recieve a medal?

Ok, Ill take a look, would yuo agree that would be the Paul Allen I was talking about , listed on the ship?

Based on what I've seen I'd say it's more likely than not that your Paul Allen from Donegal was the young sailor on the Abercrombie who got the Guadeloupe clasp for the action in 1810.
