I spent a lot of time yesterday and am fairly certain that your thoughts above are correct.  William & Richard were brothers and that gives me the link to the line that went to NZ.  My DNA match there has done some careful research and this all links with her.

I suppose we can never be 100% but this is all looking good.  Thank you so much for your help!

Thomas Barnes   Baptism   22 Oct 1809   Witney, St Mary

Rebecca Barnes   Baptism   2 Aug 1812   Witney, St Mary

Possible baptism for Sarah but two others elsewhere in County.

Sarah Burdock   Baptism   2 Mar 1777   Witney, St Mary   James,Rebecca

I glad it all seems to fit.
