There is a burials department within Dundee City Council which you can email. They were very helpful to me in the past. They also sent me a map of Balgay Cemetery. RR is bottom left of the cemetery. The map is too large to attach and resizing down makes it unreadable. Unfortunately, I will not be in Dundee until April.
