Any suggestions on this name?
« on: Tuesday 01 February 22 15:09 GMT (UK) »
Anyone have any suggestions on this name from All Saints, King's Lynn.

It looks a bit like YAUNOR.

I have been various possibilities but can't find on the CWGC or elsewhere.  Sure it will be something obvious but I need a second pair of eyes to look at it.

I wondered if anyone might recognise it as a "Norfolk" name?

To my old eyes there does look to be a tail under the letter after the a, so
Yaynor perhaps .

The final letter does looks like an 'e' as opposed to an 'r'.

There is an H.O. Younge on the main war memorial in King's Lynn

Thanks, I did a look through some lists but missed that one.  That must be him.
