Trying to find parents of Walter James Matthews born 1848 Middlesex. Married Eliza Ann Carter in 1874 in Bethnal Green London. In the 1851 census he was living with grandmother Hannah in Norfolk, that's if it is the right one. Cannot find him in 1861 and 1871 he is a lodger. Cannot find a birth or baptism for him. Probably will have to buy the marriage certificate.
