This is the burial of a George KAY, (not Mackay as you have written, though you may know if it is the same person.) 'interred in the cemetery of this parish'. He was aged 32.
A Joseph Grendin (?) and a John Kay are the witnesses.

Lane, Burgess: Cheshire. Finney, Rogers, Gilman:Derbys
Cochran, Nicol, Paton, Bruce:Scotland. Bertolle:London
Bainbridge, Christman, Jeffs: Staffs

'Le corps' is his body here. He appears to have died at Grosse Ile, Michigan - that may help you decide if it was related to the army.
