Hi chepstowgirl, CaroleW, and maddys52,

Unfortunately, the second image posted here, just like the first, appears to be of the Middlesbrough works, and not the Welsh one that the OP's seeking.
If you scroll down from the photo, it says:
"This photo is in 2 groups"
[One of these is called "Industrial Archaeology / Architecture (North)"]
and:
"This photo is in 4 albums"
[3 of these mention the River Tees which is in Northern England]
You're right, chepstowgirl, there don't seem to be any readily-available images of Mr Phillips' ironworks; just images of blue plaques, etc. During my search I found this, however, and thought I'd let you know in case you've not already seen it:
https://www.gracesguide.co.uk/Charles_David_PhillipsI think your best chance of finding an image of the ironworks, would be to contact:
Newport Library, in case there's one among their local history collection
https://www.newport.gov.uk/en/Leisure-Tourism/Libraries/Find-a-library/Central-Library.aspxand, as CaroleW suggested in Reply #1, Gwent Archives - in case the ironworks was photographed prior to its demolition
