Marriage of Joseph/Josiah Nickolls/Nicholls to Ann (possibly King) around 1800

I am trying to find the marriage of Joseph/Josiah Nichols/Nickolls to Ann (possibly King) the parents of Sarah Nichols Christened 16 Nov 1806,  Smethwick, Staffordshire, England (Sarah married at West Bromwich RC Church 1837 if that helps).

 I think this is may be the same family in the 1851 census

Which would mean that Maria and Frederick both 10 yo in the 1851 census are grandchildren

Frederick Nicholls 21 birthplace Birmingham Warwick (birth year estimated) 1830 Grand son (his name and age match the Frederick in the 1841 Census above)

Sarah Nicholls my Joseph Nicholls and Ann's daughter's son Joseph Nicholls born about 1834 and her daughter Margaret Bruyn born 1837 were both christened in Birmingham Warwickshire and in the 1851 Census, it says that they were both born Bm Warwickshire. Sarah's other children born in England were born in Smethwick, Staffordshire and registered in Kings Norton district (the 1841 census for the Kings Norton District has Joseph Nickolls, Ann Nickolls and children in it).

All in Smethwick, Staffordshire, England.

I have 3 records for some of them (all the same date and parents) with a different spelt Surname, some with mother as Ann and others as Ann Nichols (all for the same child), with Maria I have  Surname as Nicholls and Nichols, with and without her middle name plus mother as Ann and Ann Nichols).

Still nothing obvious available on line for Joseph/Ann Marriage that I can see.

I have heard that Ann's Surname is supposed to be King.

I have also been told that someone on my heritage thinks her Surname was Kent and the marriage was circa 1811 (after 2 of the births) but no proof.

I haven't found their marriage yet, it may not have been in Staffordshire.
