Deciphering cause of death

Hopefully someone may be able to help me work out the 3rd line found in an inquest.
I think it begins - "accidentally killed by being caught by machines ____ works B of Canongate??

What year did this happen?  Have you checked the newspapers?

I think it could be Glass Works B(ack) of Canongate

He had his arm caught in a machine and torn off.

Oh my goodness!!!!! Yes it was Adam McCash
That is so sad.
It seemed Adam had gained a job unlike his mother, brother and sisters who took the road of crime. Mother and one sister were transported to Australia and the other brother died on the hulks awaiting transportation.
