Taunton Marriage 1820s

I am trying to find out details of the marriage of Thomas Sparks and his wife Elizabeth. They were born in 1795 and 1803 respectively and their daughter Emily was born in 1838 in St Mary Parish. It is probably safe to assume that the marriage took place there in the 1820s.
I would particularly like to find out Elizabeths maiden name.

This looks like them in 1841. Gives you a better idea of when they might have married. Harriet could be as old as 19.
