Herbert Vincent Taylors occupation was an Agent when he married Minnie.  Witnesses were Caroline and Alfred Davis

1911 Census -- change of surname theatrical surname? Ethel is with Harry, but no sign of son.
ADDED: No change of name, just an Ancestry mis-transcription of the surname (Harrop).

That looks like Harry and Ethel in 1911, son could be away at school of with family.

Maybe Minnie Ethel's husband was a theatrical agent which would make sense
