Ronald Lee

I'm hoping someone can locate Ronald Lee for me.  I know he married Amy Yates on 13.10.1945 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. According to the marriage certificate he was 20 years old and his father was deceased and named as Albert Edward Lee - a coal miner.  Lily Lee was a witness at the marriage.
I also think I have found him on the 1939 register aged 9 DOB 11.12.28 living with his mother Annie and siblings - Dorothy, Joseph, Frank, Lillian and Ivy.  He would have died after 1928 and before 1939.
It's a mystery.

A Ronald Lee with the same birth date died Q/E June 2003 in Mansfield Reg District. Could be him.

His Granddaughter thinks he died in 2014 so I found the death for 3rd April.  Born in 1930. He was 84
I know that it doesn't follow the details in the 1939 register.  I couldn't find another Ronald Lee in the 1939 register. I ordered the marriage certificate hoping it would tell me more!

So are you saying the details in your first post are all incorrect - as regards family as well as Ronald Lee's birth date please?

Sorry but to be honest I'm not sure.  The only certain information is the marriage on 13th Oct 1945 and his granddaughter is sure that he died in 2014.

The part where I mention a death before 1939 is for his father Alfred Edward Lee.

There are other Ronald Lee deaths in 2014 but have you any idea where he may have died?  ie what part of the country?

Also you could try under different spellings if you haven't already - Leigh for example.

Lilian and Ivy have mothers maiden name Thompson

Albert Lee and Lily Marriott marry in Mansfield Sep 1919 and they appear to have a son Ronald born 1925. 

Just thinking of the Lily and Lillian names but you said mother was Annie so this may be wrong family

Ok to fit with the family you found we have this birth registered Mar 1929 which would fit a 11/12/28 birth.
