COULD ANYONE PLEASE HELP Me Fix This Photo Before The Funeral

Hi,  I'm hoping there's someone that could possibly help me improve this photo of my uncle Alan.
He passed away 8 days ago from Cancer.
There's so few good photos of him, as he was always in the background, behind the camera, or he looks ill.
He looks healthy in this one, and would love to put it on the 'Order Of Service' or even just frame it for my mum.
I'd be eternally grateful for any slightest improvement.

Oh wow, I can't believe so many of you responded and helped!
I can't thank you all enough. For you all to have taken time out of your day to do this, you are very special people, and I am eternally grateful.
I also love that they're all so different too.
I can now use it for the Order Of Service.
