Mary Ann Metcalf nee Baxter husband Joseph Metcalf is a Weaver on the 2 children births I've located for them .
They married in 1857 so it's likely I've not located all their children.

The 1901 census you quoted isn't Mary Anne listed as a farmer?

Have you found the birth of Margaret Jane circa 1860 ?

Is there another Richard born circa 1870 based on 1901 census age? I know they are not always correct, for it all to add up the father has to be Joseph a farmer.
