both Leander and Martha were of Lexington OK when marrying.

other finds or not finds:
Isabelle Kincart may not be the same Isabelle Kincart (daughter of John Kincart) who married Jacob Bellis in Nicholas County, Kentucky on 29 March 1815. That lady needed her father's permission to marry (but did they all back then and there?) And in 1820 Jacob Bellis, age 16 to 25, is in Nicholas County with a wife 16 to 25 and 1 daughter.

Is this your Margaret K Myers:
Margaret K Myers marries Asa Lyman 19 March 1840, Parke County, Indiana
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XFNN-8L8?from=lynx1UIV8&treeref=K63V-QX3If so, what was she doing in Parke Co, IN? Was she still living at home? If so, look in that county in 1840 for people named Myers. If you find one, see if you can trace him backward in 1830, 20, 10 to Kentucky, which is where Peter's census says he was born.
[but 1840 census was taken June 1, so Martha would not be in her father's household. still he might be in the county]
What is the source for Martha's birthplace being Lexington KY, as the tree on familysearch says? I did find her on a few censuses, but I forget. Was her birthplace said to be KY also?
Was your Isabelle Kincart really 13 when Peter was born? In another place and time I might rule it out but we're talking about KY in 1800.
In 1837 Peter Myers bought 40 acres in Stoddard Co, Missouri. presumably your man. I browsed 1840 Census Stoddard County, Missouri, looking for Peter. he might be there but unreadable. some names are faded.
I found, image 16 of the county,
James Myres male 30 to 40
1 female 20 to 30,
3 young sons and 1 daughter
He might help you find Peter. I didn't look for him any further
