Montgomery - Toowoomba, Queensland

I have been tracing relatives and have came across a William Shaw Montgomery who would be my grand uncle. He left Northern Ireland to go to Australia, unsure of if he stayed anywhere before heading out to Australia.

We know that he was born on 28th April 1909 in County Antrim, Northern Ireland and died in 1989. He was also a member of the masonic lodge, a master of one around Toowoomba so kind of hoping that there would a record of him, and maybe photographs.

He is also meant to be remembered at the Garden of Rememberance in Toowoomba, but unsure as to how to confirm this.
We aren't sure if he was married or had any family.

No Eliza, William or Herbert Montgomery mentioned at Toowoomba Cemetery but it isn't quite clear whther the 'deseased search' shows all burials or just those with memorial.
