Hugh McMahon Clark born 1872 arrived in Boston in 1895

I am trying to find where my ancestor Hugh McMahon Clark born 1872 in Glasgow Scotland to David Clark and iron turner and his wife Isabella Stewart.  Hugh was an engine finisher and an auger finisher, and married Agnes Shield in 1893 in Glasgow aged 20.  She was 17.  According to a distant cousin he emigrated to the USA from Glasgow to Boston on the the ship SS Peruvian in 1895.  His wife followed in 1896.  Did he have any children in the USA?  Did he stay in Massachusetts or go elsewhere?  Any help would be great to see where he went and when he died.

Hugh Clark was Naturalized 5 Oct 1904.

Thanks for all that.  I didn't realize he moved to Rhode Island.  I also like the information on his descendants too.  Are there any living descendants still living in Providence Rhode Island?

married Agnes Shield in 1893 in Glasgow aged 20.  She was 17. 

Hugh's wife Agnes had a brother Robert Shields who lived in Providence, Rhode Island and died in 1954.
