Robert Millers will on the Durham Diocese Wills website, mentions wife Anne, son Joseph and three daughters, but no Margaret.

Its all there to read if you just google what I did:

Firstly, a big "thanks" to everyone.   I found the article - how uplifting it is to read the text/words.   Amazing, - I must try and improve on my language skills.  So appreciated and helpful to have this information.
