Hello all,
I've ordered a birth record to be sent as a pdf , received an email telling me to follow the link .I've logged into the site and can view my order but the 'view pdf' button it asks me to click isn't there..
It does say 'despatch date' as yesterday.. does that mean I can't view it until the delivery date which was originally set as today's date?
Probably a bit of a daft question , might be something simple that I've missed
Thanks for any input, I'd greatly appreciate any help
