GRO pdf odd problem

I'm having a problem with a will on the Govt Find a Will/Probate.

I have ordered four - but one has not arrived. 

I bet it is the one you are most eager to see!

**UPDATE**  00.05am phone pinged with an e-mail "GRO PDF ready". So out of bed, open laptop and there it is with view pdf button available.

Nowhere on any of the email confirmation/advice of delivery pages for enquiries.
