John Walton abode Hassicks ?

I have an ancestor (the same name as mine) John Walton whose burial was dated 22 Sept. 1835 age 50 years at St. Johns Chapel, Stanhope, according to the Durham Bishops transcripts. His abode was listed as Hassicks.
Would some one know as to where this place may be?

I found this address with a Walton family in 1841 in the parish of Stanhope

I was lucky and searched for an address of Hassicks in 1841 and this came up

The old map was surveyed in 1858 and the current cottages look to be on the same footrprint so I think they were the original ones there pre 1841
