Hi, I am struggling to find which John Knox is father of George Knox b abt 1837. From the IGI I have a George Knox bapt Gosforth 1837 - father John- mother Margaret, sister Mary bapt 1840. On George's marriage certificate he was living in Jesmond and his father was a mason. One of his witnesses was William Knox so this may be his brother.
