Court fight for a toilet indoors

I found an article in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard in February 1926 suing the Duke of Bedford for not agreeing to instal a toilet in his farm cottage at Carsewilloch near Creetown.
Can anyone help me find the information online

What information are you actually looking for?

If you mean the court documents, you need to note from the article which court the case was heard in, and look for the records of that court. The chances of the details being available online are very slim indeed.

Try the Scottish Archive Network https://www.scan.org.uk/ or https://www.dumgal.gov.uk/article/15308/Local-archives to start with.

I see that the Duke of Bedford bought Carsewilloch in 1924. 
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Kirkcudbright Sheriff Court records are in the Stewartry museum in Kirkcudbright. Viewing by appointment.
