Samuel Evans - Cannot locate in 1891

Good afternoon

I am trying to locate my great grand uncle, Samuel Evans in 1891.

He was born in Toddington in 1867 and died in Wandsworth, London on 1924. He married Emily Tapping in 1884 and i can see him in the 1881 and 1901 censuses and in previous and subsequent censuses, but not 1891.

Is anyone able to assist and help me locate him at that time.

Emily and the children are in Norwood but Samuel is not with them.

Thank you for checking, that's my issue. I cannot locate him. I can find him with them before and afterwards but not in 1891. I am at a loss ?
