James Mulligan Marriage

I am researching my Mulligan Family roots from Kilkeel Co Down and found on ancestry someone has lsited James b 1828 marrying Eliza Anne Scarborough in England in 1847 but on County Down  Sites the marriage is shown as being in Ireland.  Some of their children are shown on this tree as being born in County Down. I think the link from this James Mulligan /Eliz Anne Scarborough is an error and after trailing through numerous false links on Ancestry im looking for some assistance. Thanks.

Dathai, thanks that confirms that the record on ancestry for James is wrong and the marriage took place in Ireland and not England so the family members shown by this person are not my Mulligan relatives.
