.........and the petitioner lived together Moulton, and there was one child. In 1902 they separated, and she subsequently got reparation order. Evidence was also given that on July 28 1880. the respondent, Mary Ann Bird, was married to Henry Walter Bird, at the parish church of Hard one, in the county Northampton. After a time Mr. Bird went to Australia. The case was before the Court fortnight ago, and was adjourned for further evidence. Evidence was now given a brother of Mr. Henry Walter Bird, who identified the signature of his brother in the register of marriage. Replying to his lordship, witness said lhis brother was alive. moned by his wife, Mary Ann Middleton, 11,
Cotton End, who claimed an order of mainten-
ance. - Mr. G. Jason Phillips, for the complainant,
said that Mrs. Middleton was willing to consent to
a separation order without maintenance for her-
self or her child.- An order was accordingly made,
defendant to pay the costs, 8s."
