I have this in my family tree too. Elizabeth was first married to William Allton (d. 1877) and then to Thomas Thompson. Hannah Finch is listed as a witness at her daughter's wedding in March 1879. So her death would be after that.

Further to this there is a death registered for a 'Hannah Finch' in June 1883 for the Atherstone district. https://www.freebmd.org.uk/

It would appear that she is buried in Hartshill. https://www.swfhs.org.uk/ record id 320794 (burial index). Her husband Henry was also buried at Hartshill in 1874.
