Manchester 1851 census lookup

Hi,
    Looking for a William Stephens born around 1836 fathers name was Samuel.I found his marriage in 1856 to Sarah Pritchard living in Ashton Street but can't find his birth or anything about his parents he is listed as born Manchester but it could have been Rhyl in Wales.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Just adding that William was 23 when he married occ coachman & his father Samuel is shown as a land surveyor

Why could he have been born in Rhyl? 

A tree on Ancestry shows his mother as Dinah Tomlinson

There is a GRO for Samuel Stephenson mmn Tomlinson in 1840 but in Basford, Notts.

One of the trees has the children of Samuel and Dinah as William, Dinah and Samuel.

There are some baptism which match the dates but their parents were William and Dinah Stephenson.

Dinah bap 4 May 1834
William b 26 Dec 1835 bap 15 May 1836
Samuel bap 20 Jun 1841
Also William 1826, Frances 1833, and Esther 1833
