Mircrosoft Office Click-to-Run Client

Can anyone tell me what Mircrosoft Office Click-to Run -Client is , please?  I was checking my security log and this showed a few times.
 
I  did a Google search and it seemed to be related to high CPU usage but it wasn't very clear.

We have Office 365.

It is also used to install and/or update Office 365.
