Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Actually, I'm obviously having a bad day!  :-X

I did order a birth certificate recently and I did receive a confirmation of my order COL........ on the day I placed the order.

Have you checked your Spam or Bin?
