Before I started repairing it, I looked to see if they were all leaning over,  but some were standing upright -the four boys on the left, mum and dad and eldest daughter. I think it's the girls on the right, maybe thinking that they won't get into the picture (photographer may be telling them to get close together). They then pull the other younger ones

Interesting point about leaning, I hadn't notice that.
