Whimsical as your previous posts were sometime ago you may already have a lot of info on your Golding family - I havent’t found Frederick with father George occ jeweller but have found these two census entries which may or may not relate to your Golding family so thought I’d post just in case there’s a connection

that Frederick is the only Frederick Golding of around the right age with a birth registered at Cheltenham.
There is a birth reg for George Arnold Goldin march qtr 1853 Cheltenham vol 6a pg 364 mmn Jones and a marriage for Charles Arnold Goldin sept qtr 1844 with Mary Jones on the same page
