pringles anyone, my brick wall

hi all i have been researching my grans side of the family again mcgilp/pringle i have been following thomas pringle & family i have found from his marraige to jessie jane scott married october 10th 1913 i have so far managed to find 3 births thomas scott pringle married jessie phillips briggs 1st august 1940 was engaged war service 2nd batt HLI he was aged 26 and jessie aged 22 scotstown west church,marraige district partick, catherine steel pringle born 1922,married james hutchison 1942,and andrew pringle born 16th december 1918 ,andrew was a witness at thomas & jessie wedding 1940,my brick wall is andrew i cant find any marraige or death for him on scotlands people or any service record.

Where in Lanark did the wedding take place, it may be a starting point to look for Andrew although of course he could have come from anywhere specifically for the wedding?

Often there are addresses of witnesses on marriages, I assume not in this case?

There will be no service records online for WW2 which are held by the MoD.

thank you all for the replys think they have been at 35 st clair street since before 1918 the father thomas died there november 1948,still not finding anything on andrew except for Ambly saying electoral list 1951, thank you all.

Pringle - an unusual surname, can't have been too many of them.
Pringle's Garage, Raise Street, Saltcoats, Ayrshire.   It was there in the 1950s and 60s but looked much older, then demolished to make way for a new Police Station and Medical Centre,  just 100 yards from the rail station.  Possibly cousins ?

There are a number of A Tree, and one in particular with full dates, saying the Andrew Pringle who married Rose Davidson, was born  16 Dec 1921, died 12 Apr 1990m  the son of Francis (Frank) Pringle  and Jessica Watson.  Electoral rolls:

In 1945 it looks like this Andrew is at home with his mother and a number of siblings at 784 Hawthorn St, (Springburn Division) Glasgow - and he and Rose are at the same address in 1954 and 1960.   (By 1962 this Andrew & Rose are at 30 Fruin St)
