Bailey family - Yarmouth

I'm trying to find information regarding Johnnie Bailey who was apparently killed in an accident on the fairground.  I'm not sure of the date but think it may have been in the Yarmouth area as that's where the family came from.

Even a birth year or decade would narrow the search field.
Without a starting point, there's no chance.

Yes I realise that but unfortunately I don't have any other information.  I just thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone knew anything.

When do you have the family in Yarmouth  :-\.   Maybe you can give us some details
