The search isn’t working as well as it might for me.

Found it. The artist is SCOUGALL.

Of course it could turn out to be “circle of” or “after” as here. (I think the forename is John not David)

There's David Scougal fl. 1654-77, John Scougal c 1645-1737 and George Scougal, John's son.
