Thanks Jebber , went to check and Yes. Mine is OK now too.  But, I had to turn my iPad off and on again first.

I can still get in but that's on my pc (Win 10 & Chrome).

I haven't tried my ipad as I prefer to use the pc for tree work.
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

Now OK for me on my iMac using Opera. Not tried the iPad yet.

Couldn’t get on the site at first, so followed the tip about switching Ipad off and back on again.... pleased to report all working now! Thanks.

I haven't had any problems with the site, using laptop & Chrome, but thought I'd mention the great service I've received from the GRO. I ordered 3 PDF certs and 1 paper copy of a bc not covered by PDFs last Friday, 29th Jan. I've already received 2 of the PDFs. I hadn't expected any response for much longer than that.

I've had no problems at all with accessing the GRO with my desktop and laptop, both using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. I have also accessed via tablet using Firefox.

Must give praise to GRO, over the last couple of weeks I have ordered several PDFs and have received them all within 3 days of the order being placed.
