1901 Census
« on: Tuesday 05 January 21 17:11 GMT (UK) »
Hello Everyone.
I hope you are all well and staying safe.

I can't find Sarah Ann Thexton (Lilley) in 1901.
She was born in 1873 in Dudley and married 1893 to Thomas Rowland Thexton. I have found her eldest son Gilbert at School in Sheffield and her husband is boarding and put as being single? accidently? She should have Harry a two year old with her. She was born in Dudley and they lived in Sheffield and lived in Norwich for a time in 1904-5.
 Thanks Marytm

I’m sorry to be pedantic but the Woods are shown as teachers in a Church school and they are in what seems to be an ordinary house. If Thomas G was a pupil, it would say that rather than a visitor.
You, though, may have more knowledge of the circumstances.
I just write because it reads as though his stay is temporary rather than enrolled  :-\
