The remainder of the probate information:-

Administration Durham 8 April to Elizabeth Graham widow. Effects £66 6s.

1911 census - 39 Merle Terrace, Sunderland, Durham
Elizabeth Graham Boarder Widow b 1881 Carlisle Cumberland
Marjory Graham   Daughter b 1908 Sunderland Durham
Francis Edward Graham Son b 1909 Sunderland Durham

According to the inquest, Robert died at his shop and, looking at maps online, Fawcett Street is a shopping street.

These are the children from the GRO index:-

GRAHAM, MARJORIE mmn THOMPSON
GRO Reference: 1907 D Quarter in SUNDERLAND Volume 10A Page 641

GRAHAM, FRANCIS EDWARD mmn THOMPSON
GRO Reference: 1908 D Quarter in SUNDERLAND Volume 10A Page 681

There was another possible after Robert's death but on checking, it was a different family.

GRAHAM, CHRISTOPHER ALBERT mmn THOMPSON
GRO Reference: 1911 D Quarter in SUNDERLAND Volume 10A Page 1456

Thank you Francis Graham was my grandfather.  Elizabeth Graham went on to marry somebody else and their surname changed so trying to find anything about the Graham's I can.  Really appreciate your help, this is most useful. :)

The same family were found in the 1891 Census in Eden Town, Stanwix, Carlisle, Cumberland, England and shows John Graham as born in Hayton, Cumberland
