Hi there.

Were the family RC? Some of the Canadian records mention RC, referencing the Drouin Collection.

With the possible births for Elizabeth, Rosanna and Martha being before the start of official registration in Scotland (1855) will be hard to find RC records for BMDs. Records can be even more patchy than those of the established Church of Scotland (Presbyterian). What records there are can be searched online for free on scotlandspeople.gov.uk.

Have you tried Familysearch.Org?

I suggest you look for Elizabeth McMurray born c 1806-1812 Scotland.
(although a Tree has her born 1816)
See if you find one that fits and then look for other children to that couple 10 years either side of Elizabeths birth or christening.

Trish :)
