During lockdown I have been adding low cm links with common ancestors using thru lines, paying careful attention to validation before hand.
Then using the symbol against their ID to link them to themselves in the tree.

I really wish there was a way to link results to more than one tree though especially as I try to discover who my Gt Grandmothers mother was.
I have found it helpful to change the home person as a sort of workaround depending on who I’m researching.
