I still haven't had a reply to my last message to Ancestry. They'll have to think up another browser to tell me to try, because I've already told them that it happens on Chrome.

I've tiptoed into Chrome from Firefox and it's still misbehaving!

...which is why you haven't had a reply - they can't fob you off.

Gadget, have you contacted them, or lost the will?

I gave up contacting them about anything a long time ago  :-X

When I checked  on Chrome, I was able to get the small ones to show but not the large ones.

If it works for them, then maybe they don't have anyone showing ::)

I've found that if the number is enclosed in an exact circle, it won't open, but if the circle is deformed to have a pointy thing below it, it will.  Is it possible that those that won't open include different locations closer together than the immediate resolution of the map?  Ancestry could then fix the problem by allowing us to zoom in further than it currently allows.

Welcome, JosephusSapon. That seems to be the same for me as well. As for zooming in further to fix the issue, I used to be able to do this, either by clicking on the blob or the '+' sign, but that's not happening now either.

Just checking if anyone has seen any changes with this. I've had more correspondence with Ancestry but just repeat after repeat of 'try another browser' and so I told them not to reply any more, and they've taken me at my word. Shocking customer service.

Last time I looked at a map was yesterday and they all showed. It just might have been the particular distribution on that match though.
