In 1925, he was unmarried. His father (Adu?) was deceased.  His mother, Anna Raun, aged 55, was living in Kuresaar. Both were born Saaramar.  His last address is given the same as his mother's address.

Thank you everyone for your replies. With what you have all uncovered, I think that possibly the surname Toop was an adopted name which consequently means that he is no relation to me.
