Curious ..what was your grandmother doing in France ....

Hi Brigidmac
My grandmother was born in London, England.  She met my Canadian Grandfather either in France where he was wounded and she was serving in the WAAC there or when he recuperated in England.  She travelled to Canada in 1919 and married him in Edmonton, Alberta in Dec, 1919.  They had 3 daughters one of whom was my mother. 
I do not have the letters .  I wish I did!
