I used to believe this photo was my 2 x Great Aunt who was born in 1900. But now believe it may actually be her mother who was alive 1875-1901.

Can you tell from the clothing she is wearing what year/decade this may have been taken?

Your start date is late war & into the 20's. I suspect more likely the 1920's.
So your 1st. guess looks correct.
