Hello,
My name is Justine, I'm French, I am 11 years old and I take care with my dad of the grave of the soldier Cpl Clarence Lamar COATES (Arkansas)(38511578) 116th Infantry Regiment 29th Infantry Division who died on June 20, 1944 in Normandy after invasion.
I am researching him and his family. I hope his family will read me.
I can't see his headstone on ancestry but I found his FindaGrave page.

Thanks to you and your dad for caring for his grave, Justine.  As you may know, it is Veterans Day in the US today, so this is a particularly appropriate day to remember the service of people like Cpl. Coates.
