His name is probably Albert George CUTLER.

Here are some other versions.  For all the purists who dislike adding color to vintage photos I've included a B&W along with a sepia version. They're all digital so no harm, no foul.  Delete any or all as you desire, I just enjoy playing. Due to size restriction the color version is on a 2nd posting.
