Elizabeth Hassick born 21 Apr 1861
Siblings  Mary Kate Hassick  b 10 Oct 1852 KLynn, d 28 Sep 1857 Hartlepool
        James Hassick  b ~Apr 1855 H'pool, d 23 Jun 1856 H'pool
        Jemima Hassock  b~Apr 1857 H'pool, d 13 Jan 1858 H'pool
        Mary Kate Hassock #2, b ~Dec 1858 H'pool, d 16 Dec 1861 H'pool
        John Samuel Hassock  b ~Aug 1863 H'pool, d 23 Jan 1864 H'pool

The 1861 census under Hussch family is a really bad transcription of Hassock. :) Daughter Mary listed is Mary Kate #1.

"Daughter listed is Mary Kate #1"  typing too fast....  Correction, that would be Mary Kate #2 in 1861. All siblings to my grandmother died of TB related illnesses.

I see Ellen Hassock married John Ainsley in 1866.  Looks like she buried both her husband and son in March qtr 1864

John Samuel Hassock - age 0 (Listed by you above) and John Samuel Hassock aged 38

Yes, a lot of tragedy. But the last four children all made it to adulthood.
