Welcome to RootsChat  :)

The reference you have quoted is for the GRO index, although FreeBMD has the page number as 121 rather than 124.  Additional information is that the marriage took place in the Hartley Wintney registration district in the September quarter.

Unfortunately this does not indicate anything about exactly where the marriage took place - Hartley Wintney covers many places, including register offices and as well as churches of various denominations.

You could order the original certificate from the GRO to get all the information - these are £11.  Only with the exact information about the church might it be possible to look up the parish register if it is available online.

Do you know if this was a church wedding at all?
