Surname DUTROY

I seek information on a (probably) Mr A DUTROY  1932 was a director of an Accrington (Lancs)  company called Tattersall & Hindle, or possibly just Tattersall's, manufacturers of 'Boudoir' carpet sweepers.  My suspicion is that he was involved in some way with the house furnishing market Any information on the company will be welcomed.

Thanks GirlGuide. This is not the Tattersall family that I am interested in. The photograpohers I am aware of I had my photo taken there in 1958. There was another Tattersall family who had a typewriter shop. I appreciate your response. Bob

There is a tree on ancestry with Jean Dutroy born France and from other records on ancestry it appears to be a European surname.

Quite a few with that surname in later censuses in US.

I can come up with the Dutroy surname on the US census records for 1930 and 1940.  None of them have a name that starts with A though.

The male names are Kenneth, Wayne, William x 2 and Willis.  Birth years range between 1900 and 1927.
