FTM 2019 - Sync not working since January 2020

Hello,

I don't know whether anyone else has had this issue, but on my Family Tree Maker 2019 the Sync function has not worked properly since January 2020.

I have managed to partially sync every now and then so my Ancestry tree is staying reasonably up to date, but for the past month whenever I try and Sync it just crashes and I have to reset everything.

I have tried compacting the file and it reduces the file size, but it still crashes when trying to Sync.

Anyone else having similar issue, or know how to fix this?

Yes,exactly as you describe. ???

Following some to-ing and fro-ing with the team at FTM via e-mail contact,which included the advice to compact the files.

I manage 6 trees,5 smallish but one larger.After compacting, the smaller trees did complete but the larger one did not.
I was given some  more instructions after following which, I was to contact them again. I have'nt so far,it was all taking so long,I think the staff must be working from home!

I have not tried to sync again in recently(in the last 6 weeks)I will.
